337 Shell Walk

Your hosts
at 337 Shell.

Two Gay Guys from NYC. Many unforgettable summers in the Pines. Now a house of our own—to share with you.

From a Summer Fling,
to a Home of Our Own.

We’ve been coming to the Pines since we were baby gays. After many unforgettable summers, we decided to put down roots and join the community of owners.

For us, owning here means being part of something bigger than the house. We want to help carry on the legacy of the Pines, keep that connection within the gay community, and give other people the chance to experience the place we fell in love with.

A hospitality
mindset.
A personal touch.

Chris is a hotel investor by day. Creating 337 Shell is a chance to take what he’s learned on the job and make it personal: the experience he’d want to give his own friends and family.

Together with Chris for 11 years, Brian has seen, heard, and felt that hospitality mindset firsthand. Along the way, he’s developed a great eye for what matters—what makes a house comfortable, a stay easy, and people feel welcome.

337 Shell is where those instincts come together.

We can’t wait
to have you.

Everyone who walks through the doors of Shell Walk is a friend. We’re making this a house we’re proud to share, and a place you’ll want to come back to.

See you in the Pines.
